Yes, a bunch of times.  It was first produced as part of the Shortened Attention Span Theatre 2010 Horror Festival in NYC.
It was also produced as a part of "Twisted, Spooky, Creepy" at Little FIsh Theatre in San Pedro, CA in October 2010, and as a part of End Times Productions' "Vignettes for the Apocalypse 5" in NYC in June 2011.

Has it won any awards?

Yes, indeed.  In fact, the End Times production swept the Serling awards in the short comedy category, picking up best script, best direction, best actress, and best production awards!

What's it about?  

Newly-dating Lon and Evelyn have to face Lon's dark secret when the moon is full.  Evelyn had no idea about Lon's hidden past; Lon may not be so sure either.
